Alister Inglesby

Partner, formerly CEO, Green Create

Dr. Alister Inglesby is a Partner at Cirvanta and was the CEO and Co-Founder of Green Create, a developer of integrated biological waste-to-value systems. He co-founded TriGen Group in 2013 and Mettle Solar, expanding his expertise across the broader clean energy sector. With deep knowledge in anaerobic digestion, biogas and wastewater treatment, he has delivered complex agricultural and industrial-scale projects internationally. Alister serves on the boards of multiple clean tech platforms across the globe.

Tom van Essen

Partner, formerly Head of New Business Development, Green Create

Tom van Essen is a Partner at Cirvanta and brings over 20 years of biotech sector expertise spanning strategic business development, international market expansion and cross-border deal execution. With a Bachelor's in Business Engineering and a Master's in Business Studies from Amsterdam Business School, Tom combines rigorous analytical foundations with operational insight gained from working across diverse international markets, including an extended period in Asia. As former Head of Global Business Development at Green Create, he led market entry strategies, partnership formation and commercial structuring for biological waste-to-value projects across multiple geographies. His ability to bridge strategic vision with commercial execution, understanding both the investment thesis and the practical realities of market development, makes him uniquely positioned to guide clients through the financial, operational and strategic dimensions of global biotech and clean technology ventures.

Ulrich Paul

Partner, formerly Head of Operations, Green Create

Ulrich Paul, CFA is a Partner at Cirvanta and was Head of Operations at Green Create, where he oversaw both financial performance and operational management of a portfolio of large-scale biological waste-to-value assets. A CFA Charterholder with over a decade of experience across financial modelling, M&A due diligence, capital project evaluation and multi-country operations, Ulrich brings a rare full-circle perspective that bridges deep financial expertise with direct technical knowledge of anaerobic digestion, wastewater treatment and clean energy projects. This combination, understanding a project from investment case through to day-to-day plant performance, is a genuinely niche capability in the clean technology advisory space, and one that Ulrich applies across Cirvanta's due diligence, operational readiness and asset performance engagements.
