Supporting the operator of a waste-to-value facility to resolve underperformance in its nitrogen removal system, Cirvanta led a troubleshooting assessment across the treatment process and defined a fit-for-purpose remediation strategy, including process options, cost estimates and project timelines to restore reliable regulatory compliance.

Supporting the expansion of the site with a new reverse osmosis installation, Cirvanta acted as owner's engineer to define scope boundaries and manage the interfaces between the storage tank, process installation and building contractors, ensuring a clear, coordinated path to commissioning.

Drawing on our industry expertise, we identified a number of design and cost optimisation opportunities and are now in discussions to join the project in an owner's engineering capacity.
